1 General Terms & Conditions

Ta688 is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and ta688. • In the event of any conflict between the English and Bengali versions, the English version shall prevail.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register an account with ta688, you must meet the following eligibility criteria. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and up to date.

• Age Requirement: Minimum age is 18. If a user is found to be underage during verification, the account will be closed and all balances forfeited.
• Single Account: Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
• Real Identity: You must provide your real name, date of birth, and contact details. Accounts created with false information will be cancelled.
• KYC Verification: Identity verification via national ID or passport is required before withdrawals above a certain amount.
• Geographic Restrictions: Accounts cannot be opened from countries where online gaming is prohibited by law.

Ta688 may request identity verification at any time. Failure to complete verification within the specified timeframe may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Ta688 supports multiple payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and USDT (TRC20). All payment transactions are secure and encrypted.

• All deposits and withdrawals must be transacted through an account held in your own name. Sending or receiving funds via third-party accounts is not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The minimum for bKash and Nagad is ৳100.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 minutes. Delays may occur if KYC verification is still pending.
• Daily withdrawal limit: maximum ৳1,00,000 via bKash/Nagad. For higher amounts, please contact support.
• To prevent money laundering (AML policy), ta688 reserves the right to hold and report any suspicious transactions.

4 Bonus & Promotions Terms

Ta688 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms clearly stated on the offer page.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered at a specified multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) before a withdrawal can be made. Attempting to withdraw before meeting this requirement will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Game Contribution: Slots contribute 100% to wagering requirements, live games 50–75%, and Sports Betting 100% at qualifying odds.
• Validity Period: After receiving a bonus, wagering requirements must generally be completed within 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled at expiry.
• One Bonus at a Time: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly stated in the offer.
• Misuse Prohibited: Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or claiming bonuses from family members' accounts on the same IP address, is strictly prohibited.

Ta688 reserves the right to modify or discontinue its bonus program at any time. New terms will not apply retroactively to offers already in progress.

5 Gaming Rules & Betting Conditions

All games on ta688 are sourced from internationally certified software providers and independently audited by bodies including iTech Labs. Each game's individual rules can be found on its respective game page.

• If a technical error occurs during a game, that round will be considered void and the wager will be refunded.
• If a Sports Betting match is cancelled, the wager is generally refunded. However, if a specific event does not occur after the match has started, the outcome will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
• Ta688 does not influence game outcomes — all results are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator).
• Maximum bet limits vary by game and account level. A separate bet limit may apply while playing in bonus mode.

6 Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets using automated betting software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the game software or servers.
• Depositing money from illegal sources or engaging in money laundering.
• Using multiple accounts to abuse the bonus system.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Colluding with other players to cheat in live games.
• Theft of copyrighted content or unauthorized use of the ta688 name or logo.

7 Privacy & Personal Data

8 Responsible Gaming Policy

• Once a cooling-off period (24 hours to 6 months) is activated, you will not be able to log in for its duration.

9 Account Suspension & Restriction Policy

Ta688 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account, particularly under the following circumstances:

• If a breach of Terms & Conditions or fraudulent activity is established.
• If KYC verification is not completed within the required timeframe.
• Extended account inactivity (12 months or more).
• By court order or directive from a law enforcement authority.

Users may also request account closure at any time through support. Any remaining balance will be refunded after verification prior to closure.
